Every plan includes 5 user seats. Additional users are billed monthly by role: $100 per admin and $50 per field tech. Every report covers 1 controller and 24 active stations (12 for a one-off Residential report). Larger sites add $10 per additional controller and $2 per additional active station. Unused monthly credits don't roll over. Regenerating a report to fix a typo is always free.
