Effective July 16, 2026 · Last updated July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aquantic Solutions, Inc. ("Aquantic Solutions," "AQS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our water-auditing and water-management platform, websites, and mobile applications (the "Service").

Our role. Aquantic Solutions primarily serves water agencies, utilities, and their service providers (our "business customers"). Much of the personal information in the Service is provided by a business customer about the residents, sites, and end-customers it serves. For that information, the business customer is the party responsible for it (the "business" or "controller"), and Aquantic Solutions acts as a service provider / processor that handles the information only to provide the Service and under our contract with that business customer. If you are a resident or end-customer, please direct privacy requests to the water agency or provider you worked with; we will assist them in responding.
